Sunday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

$5 donation per exhibit will cover the cost of buttons/magnets for exhibitors.

Location:               Treaty Line Museum area in the town of Dunlapsville (just south of Liberty, IN – in the area with the log cabins that is located just north of the Quakertown Recreation area on the west side of Brookville Lake).

Set up:                  Set up for this event is scheduled for Thursday from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, Friday, 7:00 am - Noon,

                             and on Saturday from 7:00 am - 9:00 am.  We would like for all exhibits should be in place

                             prior to Noon on Friday, when the gates open to the public; however, we will try to accommodate

                             requests for other times.  Exhibits should be removed by noon on Monday.  (Please let us know,

                             if we need to make arrangements for earlier set ups and later removals.  We will do our best to

                             work with you on earlier arrivals; however, we may need to work around mowing schedules for

                             the facility.)

                              BBQ Contest (Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon)

Restrictions:          Please, No:  Alcohol, Bicycles, or Golfcarts (except for event organizers) allowed on the premises. 

                              (Personal mobility carts will be allowed.)
